IST 614: Management Principles for Information Professionals

This course introduces you to the profession and practice of management in the information field. It is designed to illustrate management themes that are common in most organizational contexts and will help you better understand some of the issues, principles, and techniques of practicing managers. It will prepare you to understand and apply both basic theoretical principles of organization theory and practical managerial techniques.
