As a prospective student, current student, and iSchool alum, you will have access to a wide range of support services to help you succeed both in your graduate program and throughout your career in the information field:
Admissions and Enrollment Support
As soon as you request information about an iSchool program, a dedicated admissions counselor will be available to work with you one-on-one. Your counselor can provide in-depth consultation about iSchool@Syracuse programs, help you find and organize application requirements, offer tips on best practices for completing the application, and keep you informed about important dates.
Once enrolled, the iSchool’s student support team can help acclimate you to the virtual campus and offer technical support.
Throughout your time in the program, you will have access to one-on-one guidance from instructors, social and academic study groups, and university library resources.
You will also be connected with a student support advisor who will assist you with non-academic matters, such as time management.
When you complete your degree program, you will be invited to join your peers for commencement ceremonies on the Syracuse University campus. You’ll also become a full member of our global alumni network.
Alumni and Career Support
The iSchool alumni community is made up of nearly 10,000 professionals living and working around the world.
